Cre8 Cleaning is a private business tool used by a cleaning company to manage its cleaning rota, record hours worked and calculate wages. It is not a consumer app and is distributed only to authorised staff of that business.

Who we are

The app is developed and operated by OmniGen AI on behalf of the cleaning business that uses it. For any question about this policy or about data held in the app, contact mahessarsajjad@gmail.com.

What the app collects

The app stores only what is needed to run the rota:

• Account email address. Used to sign in and to identify the account. Accounts are created by the business owner; there is no public sign-up.
• Property records. Addresses and postcodes of the properties cleaned, how often they are cleaned, and the rate charged for them.
• Staff records. Names, optional phone numbers and hourly pay rates of the cleaners employed by the business.
• Work records. Dates cleans were scheduled and completed, and hours worked against each clean.
• Device notification token. An anonymous identifier issued by the operating system, used only to deliver reminders about cleans that are due. It does not identify the person or the device to us beyond routing a notification to it.

What the app does not collect

• No location data. The app never requests or accesses device location.
• No contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files.
• No advertising identifiers, and no advertising of any kind.
• No analytics or behavioural tracking.
• No payment or bank details.

How the information is used

Information in the app is used solely to operate the business: to show which properties are due to be cleaned, to record who worked and for how long, to calculate wages and invoices, and to send reminders about upcoming cleans. It is not used for any other purpose.

Where it is stored

Data is stored in a private database hosted by Supabase on Amazon Web Services in London, United Kingdom. Access is restricted by row-level security rules so that a signed-in account can only reach records belonging to the business it is authorised for. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and is backed up daily.

Who it is shared with

Information is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing. It is processed only by the services needed to run the app:

• Supabase — database hosting and authentication.
• Expo and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — delivery of push notifications. These receive only the notification text and the device token, never the underlying records.

How long it is kept

Work records are kept for as long as the business needs them for payroll and accounting purposes. Accounts and their data can be deleted on request at any time by contacting the address above.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, individuals whose information is held in the app may request a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests should be sent to the contact address above and will be answered within one month.

Children

The app is a workplace tool and is not directed at children. It is not made available to anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be published at this address with an updated date at the top.
